Instructions
All the required documents, including an Agency Agreement, for
appointing Dilas as your Customs broker will be generated in PDF
format when you enter the required information. You can save them for
your records.
You will receive an e-mail with further instructions once the form is completed.
Account setup forms include:
- Agency Agreement — authorizes Dilas International Customs brokers to file import declarations to Canada Customs on importer's behalf. Your company must have a business number import-export (RM) account. If you do not have this account, register for one under your business number through the CBSA.
- Master Carrier Authority — authorizes Dilas International Customs brokers to obtain transportation documents directly from carriers;
- GST Direct Payment Authorization Letter — acknowledges importer's responsibility for payment of the GST for their imports. In case of importer's non-payment of the GST, Dilas would be able to report it to the Crown.
